We consult by appointment. We require a referral and medical history from your GP vet. If you self-refer, we still need a medical history from your GP vet. We will communicate with your GP vet about your animal's care.

Our consultations are an in-depth exploration of your animal's health and illness, including the presenting complaint, previous medical history, diet, lifestyle and behaviour. The first appointment takes 60 minutes in order to fully assess your animal's health and to develop a wellness plan with you. The second appointment is for 30 minutes. It is a very important opportunity to understand your animal's response to the initial treatment, to discuss any test results, answer questions and to modify the wellness plan as necessary. Subsequent 30 minute appointments are arranged as required.
